What’s the difference between
Repairs and Maintenance?
Repairs are services that are required or
necessary when something on your vehicle is not working properly
or may have worn to the point where a replacement is required
to maintain the performance of your vehicle.
Maintenance is the routinely scheduled services,
inspections and part replacements that your vehicle manufacturer
recommends based on the age or mileage of your vehicle.
The schedule for performing these maintenance services varies
from vehicle to vehicle. You will find the schedule for your vehicle
in your owner's manual. Following this schedule is the best way
to make sure your vehicle is performing as it should.
Service Warranty
All BIG O Tire dealers in BC pride themselves
on being able to provide the best customer service and the highest
quality service work available anywhere. To support that, a service
warranty on workmanship, service and/or parts is provided by each
independent BIG O Tires dealership. These warranties vary from
one aspect of our business to another - Tire warranties are different
from Wheel warranties, and each of these differ from warranties
on Service work performed during the course of a repair or maintenance
on your vehicle. Ask your BIG O dealer at the time of purchase
of these products and/or services what the warranty period is
and what is covered under it.

Sometimes a tire or repair purchase can catch
you off guard. We understand that at BIG O Tires, so we offer
payment and special payment financing options (OAC) to help you
through a difficult and often unexpected situation.
